Strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises
The RHAQ is a project that has as its main objective the increase of safety in the initial stage of the formation of the Human Resources team, enabling the development of it in more 3 researchers in relation to the initial strategy, in order to boost the competitiveness and the internationalization of the company.
The RHAQ that are included in the operation have some functions that they have to perform in Solfarcos, namely:
- Production and characterization of nanoformulations;
- Design and analysis of peptides and proteins;
- Evaluation of new drugs in non-clinical phase and clinical phase I;
- Project execution and management, science communication and fundraising;
